How to Disable QoS Packet Scheduler Bandwidth
Limiting in Windows XP |
- From the Start menu, choose Run.
- In the Open field, type gpedit.msc.
- Click the OK button.
- Double-click the Computer Configuration icon.
- Double-click the Administrative Templates icon.
- Double-click the Network icon.
- Double-click the QoS Packet Scheduler icon.
- Double-click the Limit reservable bandwidth icon.
- Click on the Setting tab.
- Select Enabled.
- In the Bandwidth limit (%) field, type 0.
- Click the OK button.
- Close all windows.
- From the Start menu, click Settings, and choose
Control Panel.
- Double-click the Network Connections icon.
- Right-click on your EarthLink connection and select
Properties from the pop-up menu.
- Click on the Networking tab.
- Verify th�Pt the QoS Packet Scheduler has a check next to it.
- Click the OK button.
- Close all windows.
- From the Start menu, choose Turn Off Computer.
- Click the Restart button to restart your computer.
